03/02/2010 Meeting with Electrician
03/02/2010 Doors & Windows in
03/02/2010 Alarm system wiring started & Telsta in to do telephone point wiring
15/01/2010 Frame started
17/12/2009 Slab down ... woo hoo
16/12/2009 Preparation for the slab began
15/12/2009 Plumber on site
04/12/2009 Started buildin retaining wall
04/12/2009 Slab scrap AM.
20/11/2009 Start date give .... woo hoo
19/11/2009 First Home Owners grant authorised
28/10/2009 Bank approval - woo hoo
06/10/2009 Council approval granted
21/09/2009 ALL Covenants requested have been approved. We now have plans in with the Council
08/09/09 Date for our colour appointment with Coral
23/08/2009 Signed & Handed over Contracts
21/08/2009 Contract Arrived
09/08/2009 Coral agreed we can move the house forward
06/08/2009 letter received from solicitor today with final paperwork for land settlement
05/08/2009 Solicitor advised cheque for land put in the post.
05/08/2009 Pre-approval from bank for the house build.
01/08/2009 Visit to World of Tiles
31/07/2009 Finally ... Land settlement!
30/07/2009 Met with solicitor to hand over check for part of our land cost
23/07/2009 Signed bank docs (land) at last! Meet with solicitor tomorrow
19/07/2009 Preliminary Tender Letter Signed
15/07/2009 Wrong Finance doc (land) issued - returned
02/07/2009 Issued with Preliminary Tender Letter
17/04/2009 Put block of land on hold
