Render and stuff

We are certainly moving quickly now.  Most of the render outside has been done apart from a couple of bits.  Our kitchen, en-suite, bathroom and laundry cupboards have now been delivered.  The tiler is in tomorrow to start the tiling of our wet areas (bathroom, en-suite and  laundry rooms).  We did have a bit of a hick up this week when the plumber put the pipework for our fridge in the wrong place - but this has been sorted out now.

We took a look round today and opened several windows to see what sort of breeze we would be getting and we are happy that the flow through is just what we anticipated.

Oh, big news - the house is now at lock up and we have to use our key to get in!

Window and doors ... and the bath.

Well, we have been very busy again.  External doors are in, bath is in, and all wiring is in.  We have threaded string through various rooms so that we can add more cable (i.e speakers, telephone point at a later date).

We have a roof ...

Finally it seems to be coming together.  We have had a busy week with the roof going on, delivery of the front and back doors .... and delivery of the bath!
