We signed our New Home Preliminary Tender Letter today and was told we would have to wait approx 3 1/2 weeks for contracts and the roughly 2 weeks to go to council. Need to start thinking about external colours!!! omg, brain overload.
Soil testing came in at M/P.
We have also had our finance lady around this week. Have had to send the back contracts back because they were wrong, hopefully we should get the new ones this week. We then get in to see our solicitor to do some signing and off we go!
